Learning Support Assistant (Level 1) - Schools Across Northampton
Location: Northampton and surrounding areas
Pay: £90 per day
Contract: Full-time, part-time, and short-term roles available - with opportunities for fixed-term and permanent placements

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their best in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking caring, motivated and reliable Learning Support Assistants (Level 1) to work across a range of friendly and inclusive primary and secondary schools in Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to begin or develop their career in education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, stay engaged, and build confidence both academically and socially.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support to pupils in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
Encouraging good behaviour and engagement through patience and positive reinforcement.
Assisting pupils in developing independence and confidence in their learning.
