We're an established agency working with Wandsworth secondary schools, and Tradewind Recruitment are looking to onboard Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for the upcoming academic year, starting September. What You'll Do:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs.
Help adapt resources and aid pupils in accessing the curriculum
Act as a trusted point of contact for teachers and SENCOs, tracking pupil progress and behaviour
What You'll Bring:
A caring, patient, and resilient approach
Experience (or strong desire) supporting secondary-aged learners with diverse needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills-schools love collaborative LSAs
Ideally, a Level 2/3 TA qualification or willingness to complete one
