Job Description
As a specialist education agency supporting secondary schools across Putney, Tradewind Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) ready to join us this September for the new academic year.
What You'll Do
Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with SEND in mainstream secondary classes.
Assist with personal care, including feeding, toileting, or medical routines (training in hoisting or suctioning may be required)
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and families to support students' learning, behaviour, and well‑being.
Help students access the curriculum, build independence, and boost confidence.
What We're Looking For
Compassionate, patient, and resilient individuals experienced or keen to support secondary-aged students.
Comfortable assisting with personal care needs during school hours.
Strong communicators and team-players, adaptable to diverse learning needs .
Ideally holding a TA qualification (Level 2/3) or willing to work towards one.
What You'll Get
