Job Description
Are you looking to help students to flourish and grow in the classroom? Are you keen to support students with a variety of needs to succeed and thrive? Do you have experience in supporting students with a range of needs to grow and develop in the classroom in schools across Chester? Then let's talk.
We work with primary schools across the Chester region and aim to place Learning Support Assistant (LSA) that can bring care, kindness and assistance to the schools and the pupils that we work with.
If you have experience of supporting pupils with additional needs, have supported children in groups or 1-1, and can you build the kind of relationships that helps students flourish in their school life, then we have a range of primary schools that are looking for you.
The Job…
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you could support students from a wide range of Key Stages - EYFS, KS1, KS2 - helping them to reach their potential and thrive in the classroom. Your days will be varied, and you may work directly with key students to help them focus and grow, or with larger groups or the classroom to help everyone succeed.
We can work with your preferences to get you the right environment to suit your working needs.
You'll need to take initiative, be resilient, and drive pupils to achieve and progress. You'll be a team player, able to support colleagues in the classroom and across the school.

Experienced working in school environments, particularly with children who need additional support
Able to help student focus and flourish with excellent communication skills
Have a passion for working with children who need extra support to reach their potential
Proactive, a team player and able to be flexible and adaptable

Have a Teaching Assistance/LSA qualifications
Have experience, training or qualifications in various aspects of SEN or student support
