Learning Support Assistant We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants with relevant experience to join our vibrant team in Portsmouth. In this rewarding role, you will collaborate closely with teachers and students to provide personalized support, promote independence, and help each child reach their full potential. Role: Learning Support Assistant Location: Portsmouth Working Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm) Start Date: ASAP About the School & Role: Based in Portsmouth, our Alternative Provision supports primary and secondary students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work either 1-1 or within small groups to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
