Pay: £93.00 - £100.00 per day (Weekly Pay, Pension & Free CPD)

What You'll Be Doing
Every pupil is different, so your day will be varied and rewarding. You could be:
Supporting a young person to stay engaged during lessons.
Helping pupils manage their emotions using positive behaviour strategies.
Encouraging confidence, independence and self-esteem.
Working one-to-one with pupils or supporting small groups.
Assisting teachers in delivering creative and engaging learning activities.
Acting as a positive role model both inside and outside the classroom.
Celebrating every achievement, no matter how small.Your support can have a life-changing impact on a young person's education and future.
Who You'll Be Supporting
You'll work with children and young people who may have:
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
ADHD
Trauma and attachment-related needs
Anxiety and emotional regulation difficulties
Behavioural challenges that require patient and consistent supportFull guidance and support will be provided by experienced school staff.

An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
