About the role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Preparing learning materials and running classroom activities under teacher supervision.
Taking an active role in both classroom and outdoor learning.
Providing emotional and physical support, helping pupils to build resilience and independence.
Attending regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - one moment you may be supporting focused classroom learning, and the next you might be encouraging pupils during outdoor activities or community visits.
