Job Description

Learning Support Assistant – SEN/SEMH (Temporary or Permanent, 30 Hours per Week) We are partnering with a trauma-informed independent school and alternative provision in Northumberland, seeking experienced, proactive, and empathetic Teaching Assistants to join their team temporary and permanently from September. This specialist setting provides a tailored educational and therapeutic environment for students with complex needs, including SEMH and SEN. Teaching Assistants will either work alongside teaching staff in a 2:1 setting or support individual pupils directly, delivering bespoke sessions and targeted interventions as required.
