Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Stroud
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Mainstream Primary School
Pay: £85 - £100 per day
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)
Requirements: Clear DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Key Responsibilities:
Create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment where every student can thrive
Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Assist with the implementation of EHCP's
Promote social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and support
