Rising Hope Education is seeking two passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work 1:1 with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a well-resourced, nurturing Tower Hamlets primary school. These full-time, long-term roles offer a chance to make real, lasting impact, supported by a school team that truly champions inclusive education. The Roles: 🔹 Role 1 - Year 3 (Verbal Pupil, Physical Disability): Support a bright and enthusiastic learner with ASC and cerebral palsy. This pupil is verbal, accesses the curriculum fully, and thrives with clear communication and gentle encouragement. Your role will focus on promoting independence, supporting physical needs, and enriching their academic journey with dignity and positivity. 🔹 Role 2 - Year 2 (Non-Verbal Pupil, LAC): Work closely with a non-verbal child in care who requires consistent 1:1 attention, sensory support, and personal care. Compassion, patience, and trauma-informed practice are essential. This child responds best to predictable routines and a calm, secure presence.
