Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) - Opportunities in and around Braintree

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a variety of roles in and around Braintree.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexibility to suit your availability. Whether you're looking for daily supply work, short-term cover, or a long-term/permanent position, we can support you every step of the way.

You will have the opportunity to work across a range of educational settings, including:

Primary Schools
Secondary Schools
SEN (Special Educational Needs) SchoolsOur roles include:

Whole class support
1:1 support
Small group interventions
Behaviour and pastoral supportRequirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Relevant experience working with SEN pupils is highly valuedDesirable SEN experience includes:

ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
GDD (Global Developmental Delay)
ADHD
Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
Behavioural challenges and sensory needsWe are looking for adaptable, patient, and proactive individuals who can make a real difference in the classroom.
