Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children in schools in Rotherham? Hays Education is urgently seeking dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Rotherham. We have immediate placements available and welcome applications from candidates currently working with other agencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN or working within healthcare/ care work
A compassionate and patient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).We Welcome Diverse Experience:
If you have experience working with young people, whether that be in a voluntary or professional capacity, we welcome your application.

A day rate of up to £120 per day in addition to holiday pay.
