Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Complex SEN School – Southampton – September Start Are you passionate about supporting young people with complex Special Educational Needs? Do you have experience in SEN settings or a background in medical care? We want to hear from you! Position: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Southampton (multiple school sites across the city) Start Date: September 2025 Age Requirement: 20+ We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly supportive complex SEN school in Southampton, seeking dedicated LSAs to join their team from September. You’ll be working with pupils who have a wide range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties.
