The Position – Learning Support Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting children with a range of needs, including SEN and behavioural challenges, across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, support pupils’ emotional and academic development, and promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach are essential.
