Learning Support Mentor – Additional Needs (Secondary) Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan Full Time | Monday to Friday, 08:15 – 15:15 Start Date: 1st September Pay: £95 – £100 per day Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? Are you considering a career in teaching or looking to build on your classroom experience? We’re seeking a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to join a welcoming and supportive school environment, working with secondary-aged pupils with additional needs. About the Role: Deliver pre-prepared lessons to small classes within a dedicated hub, where learners access all subjects in a consistent and supportive space. Support students with a range of additional needs, helping them engage positively with their education and develop life skills. Work alongside specialist staff and teachers to ensure learners thrive both academically and emotionally. A fantastic opportunity for someone who is aspiring to become a teacher or has a genuine passion for inclusive education. What We Offer: A structured, full-time role: Monday to Friday, 08:15–15:15.
