Early Years (EYFS) Learning Support Practitioner Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Start Date: 1st September 2025 Contract Type: Fixed Term (until July 2026 in the first instance) Working Hours: 27.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:15am to 3:15pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break) Salary: H3.5 (£24,790 FTE) + £1,013 fringe allowance (pro rata) Actual Salary: £16,403 per annum (including fringe) Are you passionate about supporting young children's emotional and educational development in their formative years? A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Watford is currently looking for a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Practitioner (LSP) to work with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), with a particular emphasis on pastoral care through the Thrive Approach. About the Role: This is a highly rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping young learners build confidence and resilience. You'll work closely with EYFS pupils, providing a blend of classroom support and targeted pastoral interventions, making a lasting impact during a key developmental stage.
