Learning Support Teacher - International School (UK-Based)
Location: Surrey/Berkshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

A prestigious international school in the Surrey area is seeking a Support Teacher to join its inclusive and forward-thinking learning community from August 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and empathetic educator to work across Year 7 - 13, supporting students with SEND and EAL needs, while contributing to a school that champions personalised, inquiry-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored support to individuals and small groups, both within and outside the classroom
Adapt lessons and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners, particularly those with mild to moderate learning difficulties or language acquisition needs
Integrate digital tools and educational technologies to enhance student engagement
Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider academic and pastoral development of each student
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent, with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed, or equivalent)
Minimum of two years' post-qualification teaching experience
Experience working with SEND and/or EAL learners
Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for the IB curriculum or willingness to undertake training
