Job Description
We are recruiting for Learning Support Workers in a special education needs setting. These are initially long term temporary roles starting 4 September 2025 but could become permanent opportunities for the right individuals.
You will support and encourage others to learn and have an understanding of the rewards and challenges with a basic understanding of SEND students and their individual needs.

Excellent verbal & listening

To work under guidence and on own
Ability to communicate with parents/carers and outside agencies
As a LSW you will need to be tolerant and patient with a flexible approach to tasks, emotionally resilient and able to work with challenging behaviours with the ability to remain calm when faced with sensitive matters and a natural respect and dignitiy for all students across the establishment.
Due to the location of work you will need to be a car driver with a fully enhanced DBS for adults and children, and will need to provide satisfactory references and confirm all gaps in employment to be considered for this role.
