Good Afternoon,
I am currently representing Brentwood Borough Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Leasehold Officer this role will be: CM158AY Hybrid Working 2 Days Office Based
The right candidate will:
* To have general knowledge of leasehold
* Understand lease extensions
* Section 20 notification process
* Proficient in dealing with remortgaging and leasehold management packs.
* General understanding or previous experience of RTB desired. (right to buy)

* Previous Leasehold Experience
