Job – Lecturer – Construction (Bricklaying) Salary – Permanent, Full Time – Monday – Friday (36 hours per week) – Salary £35,000 – £43,800 per annum (plus £2,000 market supplement per annum), depending on qualifications and experience Holiday – 42 days per annum plus Bank Holidays Location – Broxbourne Campus Closing Date – 7th May @ Midday Join Hertford Regional College as a Lecturer – Construction (Bricklaying) Hertford Regional College is excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated Lecturer to our growing team. About the Role We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills. In this role, you will: * Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons * Support and motivate students to achieve their best * Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation * Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively * If you’re passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to the success of both students and educational programmes, this is the perfect opportunity to shine. About You You will bring: An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above Relevant professional qualification within Bricklaying – minimum of Level 2 Proven industry experience (bricklaying/construction) A real passion for creating positive learning experiences If you love seeing students grow in confidence and ability, you’ll be right at home here.
