Salary: Up to £33,300 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Temp to Perm opportunity)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Lecturer to join our teaching team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of Digital and Computing courses, supporting learners to achieve their potential and preparing them for progression into higher education or employment in the digital sector.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching on BTEC Digital/Computing courses, with opportunities to teach T Levels if experienced.
Plan, prepare, and assess engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards.
Support and inspire students to achieve their academic and career goals.
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and monitor learner progress effectively.Essential Requirements
Previous experience delivering Digital/Computing courses within an FE College setting.
Proven ability to deliver at the relevant levels (BTEC/T Level).
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for digital education.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, but full support will be provided to gain one if not already held.Benefits
