Location: Dearne Valley Campus, Rotherham
Salary: £33,487 (Unqualified) to £38,487 (Qualified) per annum, plus benefits
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full time (37hrs per week, all year round)

Your Role:
  * Deliver outstanding teaching and assessments up to Level 3.
  * Lead diverse programmes, including school leavers, adult learners, and apprentices.
  * Teach in both environments, splitting your time between practical workshops and the classroom.
  * Motivate and mentor students with an enthusiastic, engaging approach that helps them reach their full potential.

Innovate: Develop creative learning resources and embrace digital tools to keep lessons fresh and engaging.
Collaborate: Act as a key player within our team, working alongside management and colleagues to hit ambitious departmental goals.
Your Qualifications:
  * A Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Brickwork (or equivalent).
  * A teaching qualification and Assessor award (or the drive and willingness to work towards them while on the job).
  * Level 2 English and Maths (or a commitment to achieve these with our support).

Department Info
You’ll never be working in a silo. Based at our Dearne Valley campus, you’ll be a vital part of a dedicated curriculum team.
You will be supported by a Curriculum Manager and work daily with Curriculum Team Leaders who understand the nuances of construction education. You’ll also collaborate with a wide net of professionals—including Technicians, Work Placement Officers, and Personal Development Coordinators—all dedicated to one thing: the success of our learners
