The Role
As a lecturer you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Early Years’ programmes within the School. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. You will teach across a broad range of provision. Delivering predominantly on Level 1-3 Vocational qualifications. Teaching on commercial courses where required and in accordance with business need.
What are we looking for
You should have a relevant Level 3 or above qualification, a recognised teaching qualification (or be currently working towards) and level 2 English and Maths. You will need experience of working in an Early Years setting and of delivering qualifications in Early Years. You will possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written and have the ability to motivate and inspire students.
