What You’ll Do * Teach and assess learners across a range of Maths programmes, including GCSE and Functional Skills * Deliver engaging, accessible lessons that build confidence and understanding * Support learners with varying abilities, including those who may lack confidence in Maths * Use creative and practical approaches to make Maths relevant to real-life contexts * Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing * Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement What You’ll Bring * A relevant Maths qualification (Level 3 or above) * Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently * Experience working with learners or supporting others in education or training * A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success * A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work Why Become a Lecturer?
