As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy team with a variety of tasks, from managing client communications to preparing important documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Previous experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar office-based role.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
Confident using MS Office and digital platforms to streamline workflows.
A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Deal with instructions via audio transcription and via email
Handling client enquiries, compliance checks, and file opening protocols.
Preparing, formatting, and distributing legal documents and reports.
Managing incoming correspondence and emails, ensuring timely responses.
Recording and monitoring key deadlines and case milestones.
Requesting property searches and Land Registry documents.
Preparing applications such as SDLT and Land Registry submissions.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adopting new technologies
Hours and Salary
£28,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch
