JRRL are seeking a Legal Administrator to join a respected law firm within their Litigation department. This role will be supporting the team ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all legal administration.
Key Responsibilities for the Legal Administrator role:
Open, update and close client files while running conflict of interest and anti-money laundering checks.
Assemble physical and electronic court bundles.
Act as point of contact for clients, barristers, witnesses, and court officials.
Monitor key litigation timetables, manage solicitor calendars, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Process invoices, handle scanning, archiving and maintain the company's case management database.
Person specification for the Legal Administrator role:
Previous legal experience within litigation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
Familiarity with case management software.
High attention to detail, exceptional time keeping and strong sense of discretion with confidential data.
