Job Description
An established local law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, close-knit firm where your conveyancing expertise will be highly valued. You’ll be involved in a broad range of conveyancing matters, supporting the team from instruction through to post-completion.
Responsibilities will include:
* Handling registered and unregistered titles
* Managing freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transact ions
* Assisting with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy cases
* Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
* Supporting with file management and client communications throughout the process
About You:
* Previous experience in conveyancing is essential
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident managing files and liaising with clients and third parties
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
