Advising internal stakeholders on legal, regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the renewable energy and construction sectors. Supporting contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, contractors and strategic partners across multiple jurisdictions. Conducting legal research and monitoring legislative developments to ensure the business remains compliant with evolving regulations. Managing relationships with external legal advisers and coordinating support on complex legal matters. Working collaboratively with senior legal leadership to structure legal processes, manage risk and improve contractual governance across the business. Candidate Profile Qualified lawyer with membership of the relevant professional legal body. Minimum 3–5 years' experience within the renewable energy sector, gained either in-house or in private practice supporting energy clients. Strong experience drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M and commercial contracts within the energy or infrastructure sectors. Exposure to renewable energy project development, M&A transactions, PPAs and project financing activities. Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives. Experience managing external legal counsel and controlling legal budgets. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment where collaboration and adaptability are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work on some of Europe's most significant renewable energy projects while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle, from development and financing through to construction and operation. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced senior legal professionals, providing a strong platform for both technical and professional development. The organisation is committed to investing in its people and offers clear progression opportunities for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career within the business.
