Top Legal 500 law firm, central London based are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager with experience in working in a law firm, to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Experience for this Legal Marketing and Business Development Manager role:
Minimum of 7 years solid experience in Marketing and Business development within a law firm
Experience of managing budgets and cross-functional teams
Experience implementing Legal 500 and similar publications
Exceptional attention to detail and brand integrity.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and polished, with strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities for this Legal Marketing and Business Development Manager role:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote the firm’s products and services
Working with external agencies, oversee digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and content creation
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Design and implement the firm’s approach to business development, working with the Heads of Practice to support and bring this to life
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Support fee earners to develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Set KPIs and measure performance across marketing and business development activities
Manage and action operational lead generation opportunities in real time, working with outsourced call handling and internal triage team
Analyse campaign results and market data to optimize strategies and budgets
Report regularly on progress, ROI, and key insights to senior management
Foster collaboration across departments to align marketing and the firm’s goals.
Collaborate with Heads of Practice to develop business development ideas and skillsSkills for this Legal Marketing and Business Development Manager role
