Hybrid – 3 Days Office, 2 Days WFH

My client is looking to expand their Manchester City Centre office and has a new job for an experienced Legal Secretary/PA. The ideal candidate must have worked as a Secretary or PA in a Legal or Professional Services environment.

As a Legal PA your duties will include:

  * Comprehensive diary management

  * Booking travel and arranging meetings

  * Monthly invoicing and billing

  * Supporting with client files

  * Assisting with BD and Marketing activities

As a Legal PA you will have the following skills:

  * Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary is essential

  * Highly proficient on Microsoft Office

  * Excellent written and verbal communication

  * Highly organised and the ability to prioritise workload

  * Excellent attention to detail
