Our client, a highly regarded global law firm, is seeking a Legal PA to join their Real Estate practice in their City of London office. The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive Legal PA to provide high-quality support to partners and fee-earners. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Duties to include:
Managing complex diaries and travel arrangements
Monitoring deadlines and arranging client entertainment, seminars, and conferences
Preparing agendas, meeting papers, and internal event organisation
Drafting emails and letters
Managing inboxes and delegating tasks to Administration Assistants a
Supporting business development activities, including client research, presentation materials, and bids/tenders
Handling billing arrangements, WIP monitoring, and matter opening procedures, including conflicts and AML checks
Preparing, formatting, and amending documents, including pitch documents and proofingThis Legal PA opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm
Requirements
Minimum 18 months' experience in a Legal secretarial or PA role within a law firm
Experience supporting Real Estate matters is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointVacancy Highlights
Exposure to high-profile Real Estate matters and leading clients
