Legal Receptionist
Worthing, West Sussex
£24,500 per annum
Permanent
Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, 35 hours per week
Our client, a well-established legal firm based in Sussex, is seeking a legal receptionist to join their friendly team permanently in their Worthing office.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients in person and handling incoming calls
* Managing appointments and meeting room bookings
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Supporting legal staff with administrative tasks
* Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (legal or professional services preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
* Confident using office software and telephone systems
* Discretion and professionalism always
