I'm currently recruiting for a Temporary Legal Secretary or Admin position to provide holiday cover for a well-established legal client based in Slough. Client Details My client is a well established and reputable Law firm in Slough offering a wide range of legal services to individual, commercial and industrial clients. Description Providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to the team. Transcribing and proofreading legal documents. Managing and organising meetings and appointments. Filing and archiving relevant documentation efficiently. Managing correspondence with clients and stakeholders. Ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times. Supporting the team in the preparation of legal documentation. Handling audio dictation tasks with accuracy and speed.Profile A successful candidate should have: Proficiency in audio dictation and transcription. Law firm background or experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. Professionalism and a high level of discretion. Must have legal Secretary or law firm experienceJob Offer What's On Offer: Immediate Start Hourly rate between £14.00 - £15.50 per hour Supportive and welcoming work environment
