An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly skilled legal secretary to join the corporate/banking team of a highly regarded UK law firm. The successful individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support to partners and solicitors within the team and help meet client expectations in line with the department’s objectives.
Daily duties will include audio and copy typing and document processing, formatting documents, diary management, general administrative duties such as archiving, filing, photocopying as well as producing bills and dealing with invoices. A key aspect of the role will require you to provide cover and support to the other secretaries within the firm as and when required.
Applicants will have gained experience of working as a legal secretary, ideally within a corporate department. Competent use of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications is essential. You will possess first class communication and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
