Job Title: Family/Conveyancing Legal Secretary (30 hours per week)

The Role:
Looking to recruit an experienced Legal secretary with either Family or Conveyancing experience to join a leading Durham based Law Firm. The firm would be happy with an individual who is seeking 30 hours work per week. The ideal candidate will ideally have at least one years experience working in a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to family law solicitors
Manage and organise legal documents and correspondence
Prepare legal forms and documents, such as court forms and letters
Schedule appointments and maintain solicitors' calendars
Communicate with clients, both in person and over the phone
Handle incoming and outgoing post
Assist with billing and invoicing

Previous experience as a legal secretary
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
