Key Responsibilities
Digital dictation and audio typing of legal documentation and correspondence
Preparing and formatting court forms, legal bundles, and case files
Diary and calendar management, including court scheduling and client appointments
Liaising professionally with clients, courts, barristers, and third-party agencies
Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks and case managementWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally across multiple practice areas
Strong IT and audio typing skills (digital dictation experience essential)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
