The Firm Our client, an award-winning London law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to support their Dispute Resolution team in their Baker Street office. The Opportunity The successful candidate will be a highly competent Legal Secretary who will provide client and business focused secretarial and administrative support to Senior Associates, Associates and Trainees in their Dispute Resolution team team. Duties to include: Monitor and manage team inboxes during periods of absence, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation of communications Oversee team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate all related logistics Prepare, edit, and proofread documents with accuracy Handle incoming telephone calls and relay accurate messages Manage and coordinate billing and compliance processes on behalf of the team Oversee the submission of expense claimsThis Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm Requirements Previous Legal Secretary experience within a law firm Experience supporting a Dispute Resolution/Litigation team within a law firm (essential)Vacancy highlights Hybrid working (3 days based in the office and 2 days working from home) Excellent benefits package (health insurance, private medical care, season ticket loan and more) To be considered for this Legal Secretary opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
