Legal Secretary
Our client, established almost 40 years ago, specialises in Family Law, Commercial Law, Wills & Probate and Residential Conveyancing. They now seek to appoint a part-time Legal Secretary to support one of their partners, providing administrative support in a dynamic legal environment.
As Legal Secretary, you will:
* Manage digital documents and correspondence
* Carry out audio typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Maintain office filing systems and databases
* Provide administrative support to their legal teams
* Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors and other professionals
As Legal Secretary, you will need:
* Experience of family law or conveyancing
* Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office
* The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
* Good time management skills
Hours of work:
* Monday to Thursday
* 9am – 5pm
* 30 hours per week
Salary & benefits:
* £20k pa
