To be successful you must have a strong background within using technology tools and being able to implement them seamlessly into a new challenge. Having experience within a legal or professional services background is desirable, and attention to detail is key to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with escalations for Legal Tech Support and dealing with all queries.
* Assisting Senior Tech Members with configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
* Implement legal tech solutions as well as developing them.
* Be involved in training sessions as well workshops and presentations.
* Systems upgrade support.
