Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Salary/Benefits: £26k - £40k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a multi-disciplined building services / compliance outfit, with a growing client portfolio and highly successful Legionella / Water Hygiene department. They are recruiting for a qualified and knowledgeable Legionella Risk Asessor, who can hit the ground running and will bring a wealth of existing hands-on experience. You will be expected to be self-suffient on site and comfortable liaising with clients directly, in addition to managing your own workload. Experience / Qualifications:

  * Strong track record working as a Legionella Risk Assessor

  * Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing

  * Robust industry knowledge, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

  * Will ideally have experience working in line with HTM 0301 guidelines

  * Excellent communication skills

  * Good literacy and numeracy skill level

  * Proficient in using IT software

The Role:

  * Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and Cooling Towers

  * Producing detailed risk assessment reports to highlight any found risks

  * Making appropriate recommendations for remedial works

  * Being a key point of contact for clients, answering any technical or logistical queries

  * Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring

  * Working to agreed deadlines and personal targets

  * Maintaining high levels of service standards

  * Travelling in line with company needs
