What You’ll Be Doing:
*
Carry out detailed Legionella risk assessments in line with ACoP L8 and BS8580-1 across a variety of commercial and public buildings.
*
Produce accurate reports with clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
*
Offer on-site advice and technical support, helping clients understand and manage their water systems safely.
*
Collaborate with internal teams to develop schematic drawings and water safety plans.
*
Keep current with regulatory changes, internal procedures, and industry best practices.
What You’ll Need:
*
Demonstrable experience in Legionella risk assessment and knowledge of current guidance (ACoP L8, HSG274).
*
A recognised qualification such as City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment (or equivalent).
*
Experience using schematic drawing software and water compliance platforms is a bonus.
*
Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact directly with clients.
*
Full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel locally across the region.
