Location: Council Offices, Frensham Street, Southwark, SE156TH

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £23.57 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform various construction and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include:

Brick laying

Rendering

Plastering

Decorating

Ground work

Floor and wall tile repairs

Person Specifications

Must Have:

Experience in brick laying, rendering, plastering, and decorating

Nice to Have:

Experience in ground works and floor/wall tile repairs
