Lettings Administrator - Permanent
Location: Office-based
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
You will be part of a well established letting agents in Glasgow, joining them on a permanent contract. You may come from a help-desk, property or coordinating background, as you will hold transferable skills in dealing with the contractors and repairs, so I would encourage anyone with this experience to apply now.
Key Responsibilities for this role will include:
Efficiently log repair requests received via phone and email into the system
Keep Property Managers, landlords, and tenants informed throughout the repair process
Coordinate reported repairs by troubleshooting with tenants, scheduling and supervising jobs, and ensuring contractors fulfil their responsibilities promptly
Provide valuable admin support to Property Managers and Viewing Agents
Facilitate communication between landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders in handling insurance claims and ensuring compliance with HMO regulations
Perform daily administrative tasks diligently, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and relevant correspondence is saved within the systemThe successful candidate will possess:
Excellent telephone manner/ communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
