Lettings Consultant / Property Manager | Leeds

We're working with a highly respected independent estate agency in North Leeds to recruit a Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established independent agency with an excellent local reputation, offering a varied role that combines lettings, property management and customer service. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants while helping to drive the success of the branch.

The Role

  * Generating and conducting property viewings

  * Booking and arranging market appraisals/valuations

  * Delivering excellent front-end customer service to landlords, tenants and applicants

  * Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors

  * Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio

  * Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

  * Supporting the wider branch team with general lettings administration and enquiries

  * Building strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience

About You

  * Previous experience within residential lettings and/or property management

  * Confident carrying out property viewings and generating new business opportunities

  * Strong customer service and communication skills

  * Organised with excellent attention to detail

  * Positive, proactive and professional approach

  * Comfortable working within a busy, close-knit independent agency
