Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all lettings activities. Coordinate property inspections and manage maintenance requests efficiently. Stay updated on property market trends and legislation changes. Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.Profile A successful Lettings Manager should have: Proven experience in the property industry, particularly within lettings management.
