You will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring full compliance, providing quality client service, and managing day-to-day organisation. This full-time role offers starting salary of £30,000 and benefits.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Lettings Manager, Property Manager, Estate Manager, Portfolio Manager, Block Manager or in a similar role.
* Experience within the lettings sector at property management level.
* Skilled in using CRM systems with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
