Lettings Negotiator – Clerkenwell
Salary £23,000 - OTE £56,000 - £57,000

An established, fully accredited independent letting agent is seeking a talented Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 18 Months experience to join their expanding team. Your Day:
* Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion
* Working to financial, individual and team targets
* Increasing the company turnover
* Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
* Canvassing and marketing
* Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
* Negotiating terms
