Job Description

We are seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our team and assist in the smooth execution of rental transactions. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in marketing rental properties, finding potential leads, conducting viewings, performing reference checks, and finalizing rental contracts. Qualifications and Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is a plus). * Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. * Proficiency in using property management software and relevant computer applications. * Professional and well-presented appearance. * Additional language such as Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese, or any other is required.
