Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Bradford
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Our client is a well-established estate agent who are currently recruiting for a lettings advisor to join them at their office based in Bradford
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to hit the ground running within a well - established business, this role would be ideal for someone who has good knowledge of the local area and has worked in a similar role previously.
Job Responsibilities:
· Building strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process
· Manage property listings and provide detailed information about the properties
· Delivering a high standard of customer service
· Arranging house inspections and gas checks
· Maintaining records and ensuring accurate documentation at all times
Job Requirements:
· Past experience within an estate agency or something similar is essential
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong administration skills and competent in the use of IT
Hours:
Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pmBefore You Apply
