Job Title: Junior Lettings Negotiator
Location: North London
Hours: Mon - Thursday (9am - 6pm), Friday (9am - 5:30pm) & Half Day Every Other Saturday

What You’ll Be Doing?
* Registering new applicants and understanding their needs
* Matching people with the right properties
* Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
* Negotiating and closing deals (with manager support as you develop)
* Listing properties and keeping records up to date
* Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and clients
What We’re Looking For?
* 3–12 months’ experience in lettings or sales (property experience ideal, but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
* Positive, ambitious, and resilient personality
* Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not always essential)
* Hungry to learn and eager to progress in property
